What are the shipping costs and how are the payment terms regulated?

Due to different product prices, different delivery and payment terms apply. Please feel free to contact us to find out the exact price.

How do I place an order?

Orders are only possible for registered business customers. Add the desired item(s) to the shopping cart. Then click on the button with the shopping bag icon (top right of the screen). Here you will see all items you have previously added to the shopping cart. Now you can check your item selection again for completeness and correctness and change it if necessary. Then click on the "Checkout" button to complete the ordering process.

How and when will my costs be reimbursed?

Please note that only jewellery received within 30 days in original condition and with the original receipt at our sales headquarters will be accepted for credit or exchange. The purchase price will be refunded via a credit to your customer account at BINDER. Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience.

My package is damaged and/or empty, what should I do?

Upon receipt of a damaged package, it must be immediately claimed with the respective shipping service provider.

The optimal necklace length depends entirely on your personal preferences. It is entirely individual which length perfectly suits you. There are various ways to identify the optimal length:

Measure an existing necklace that matches your desired length.
Place a string of the optimal length around your neck and measure it.

How do I determine my optimal bracelet size?

The optimal bracelet size for you depends entirely on your preferred bracelet type. Measure your wrist with a tape measure or a string. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next larger size.
